Elevation Performance Scheduling Instructions

Welcome to Elevation Performance! We’re excited to help you elevate your fitness goals. Below are the steps to book your preferred service (Fitness Evaluation, Personal Training or Group Training):

Choosing Training Service

  • Booking Process:
    1. Download the Acuity Scheduling Client app.
    2. Navigate to the "Select Appointment" section and select the preferred training service.
    3. Choose the session date and time that works best for you.
    4. Complete the booking by providing your information and payment.
    5. You will receive a confirmation email and a text reminder 24 hours before your session.

What to Bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a towel.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance directly through the app to avoid a charge. If you're unable to attend, we require communication at least 24 hours before the session starts.
