      $10.00 initial setup plus $40.00 per month for 12 months ($490.00 total)

      Trauma Recovery Coaching Sessions are best when they occur regularly, so why not subscribe and get a discount for it? When you choose this subscription, you are paying for 3 coaching sessions up front and saving $25. You can choose the date to redeem them. Every month you will get an email reminder that this amount will come out of your account for the sessions. You can ever rollover unused sessions.

      The Understanding You Program is meant to be group session. However, this package allows you to get 4 one on one sessions, 2 hours each session. You can book now, SAVE, and get extra time! Deeper discount and more appointments per month when you become a subscriber.
