Refund/Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation and rescheduling if done more than 24 hours in advance of appointment time. Cancellations made 12-24 hours in advance of appointment time are charged a fee equal to 50% of the treatment price. For cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance, please contact your therapist or our office directly by phone or email. No-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time are charged a fee equal to the full price of treatment. Fees will be automatically charged to the payment card on file.
