All rentals are charged a $175 fee for cleaning.

The Center needs to be cleaned and left how the renter received the space.

All rentals will be staffed by Y.O.U.TH but the renter is responsible for their participants and guest at all times.

Any rental over 50 people will require additional liability insurance provided by the renter.
