Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, a session from your package will be used.

To avoid losing a session, please provide written cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. All our services are prepaid. If you do not have any prepaid sessions, we cannot reserve a time for you. 

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@vibelounge.ca or texting the studio at 604-505-4246. Cancellations made through your trainer will not be accepted.

Training sessions and packages cannot be shared, transferred or refunded. Please make sure to use your sessions before your package expires. We cannot extend or freeze packages. NO EXCEPTIONS.
