This studio is under video surveillance, which CAN and WILL be used for dispute resolution ONLY. You will NOT be watched during the time of your booking. Video footage is only stored for 7 days.
Being that our studio runs on self sufficiency, we expect our clients to leave the space the way it was presented at the start of the session.
We have an extra cleaning fee of at least $50 if the space is left unclean and disorganized. Please dispose of any garbage at the large garbage cans located near the stairwells. Please put furniture and equipment back where it was found.
No smoking/vaping. A fee of $50 will be charged if any of this occurs on the premises.
No filming, photography, changing of clothing, makeup or storage can occur outside of the studio in hallways or stairwells. If bathrooms are used for changing of clothing, please use the stalls, as bathrooms are public.
Please NO LOUD MUSIC.
Please keep track of the studio keys and close the door tightly when you leave. REMEMBER TO RETURN THE KEYS TO THE LOCKBOX.
If you stay any more than 5 minutes past the end of your booking it will automatically extend by 30 minutes and you will be charged at a rate of x1.5. For example, if your booking ends at 1:00pm and you do not vacate the studio until 1:06pm, you will automatically be charged an extra 30 minutes.
YOU MAY EXTEND THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING, if there are no bookings following yours. To extend your booking you may message, text or call me during your booking. In this case, you'll be charged the regular booking rate.
All guests (with exception of subjects, models, muses) MUST wear booties over their shoes. Booties are provided for all. Please discard booties into TRASH CAN after use.
All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking.
ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS:
Our building has a freight elevator that is operated 8am-12:00pm and 12:30pm-4pm Monday-Friday AND 8:30am-12:00pm and 12:30pm-3:30pm Saturday-Sunday. It is to be requested for heavy equipment only. For access to the freight elevator please unload on the side of our building, on Grattan Street. The freight entrance is a tan door across from “Pine Box”. Once you are there, please text 3479776092 to request the freight elevator. It will be brought down by a building attendant. Do not request the elevator until you are in front of the doors and please allow up to 10 minutes from the first request for the elevator to arrive before texting again. If you are leaving by elevator closing time please request the elevator at least 15 minutes before closing and have someone from your team stand by the elevator so the operators know you are ready.
