After booking, you will be sent questionnaires which must be completed before your appointment takes place, along with a screening call. This appointment does not include a prescription. This assessment can last a maximum of 90 minutes but it may finish earlier than this dependent on the information given and the practitioner's professional opinion. The initial assessment does not include a prescription.

This appointment is for those who have already been diagnosed (not by a clinician at this practice) and want to investigate medication-based treatment options. It is non-refundable so please ensure the below first:

For this appointment to take place, the psychiatry team needs to receive:
- Full ADHD report
- Blood pressure
- Heart rate
- Weight
- Blood test results
- ECG (last 6 months)
We can assist with a GP referral letter.

You can use this call to discuss our Psychiatric Services with the Psychiatry Team, including ADHD Assessments, General Assessments and both Child & Adult Psychiatric Services.
