After an in-person inspection of the bicycle during the pickup, a repair timeframe will be established, and drop-off time and location set to fit your schedule.
Your bicycle will be safely transported to my professionally equipped workshop where it will be tuned to perfection.
Appointment turnaround is usually 24 to 48 hours depending on availability and complexity of your service.
My service parts inventory is comprised of quality components for repairing and upgrading modern bicycles, with an aim of achieving maximum performance and reliability. Commuter bikes or those with less than 10 Speed drivetrains can be booked for service, though appointment turnaround may be longer due to parts sourcing.
Brand name E-Bikes (Such as Trek, Specialized, HaiBike, Norco, Benno, etc) can be booked for service. We are not offering service on Rad, Pedego, RTG, or similar brands at this time.
**Please note, the minimum labour charge for a visit is $60**
Payment for parts and service can be made by Cash, Debit Card, Interac E-Transfer, or Credit Card. Please note there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payment to cover the processing fees.
