If any reason you need to cancel, please do so 24 hrs. prior to your time of service. when done in advance you will be given a one-time courtesy reschedule.
same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit.
No contact:
if any reason we cannot reach you or gain access to property being serviced you will forfeit your deposit after allotted 15-minute grace period.
if there is an emergency on our end and we have to reschedule your appointment for any reason. we will gladly refund your deposit in full!
