Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for Pole Practice Bookings only
More than 24 hours before your scheduled session
- Please note that you are allowed to reschedule your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- If you need to cancel your booking, we will provide you with the studio credits equal in value and booking type (e.g. single pole or whole studio bookings) which you can redeem for your future bookings. The number of times the studio credits can be used will be proportional to the number of bookings cancelled. Please email us upon the cancellation of your session for the studio credits.
Less than 24 hours before your scheduled session
- An admin fee of $5 will be charged to your card for any rescheduling less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- No refunds will be given to cancellations of your scheduled session less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
