The Rainforest Retreat Oasis
Please read Booking instructions thoroughly prior to reserving your Retreat; to ensure a smooth transaction.
After you have read through the entirety of these instructions; follow these steps:
Step 1. Select the duration for your Retreat session by tapping the "Book" button beside your preferred number of hours.
Step 2. You will be given the option to choose a retreat title and add-on services.
Step 3. Pick a date and time.
Step 4. Provide your credit card information to secure your reservation.
Duration Options:
Indulge in a two-hour sanctuary of serenity, allowing you to reset and recharge within a short timeframe. If you desire a deeper immersion, longer durations of 4, 6, or 8 hours are also available.
Optional Services:
- Setup Assistance: All the resources needed for each retreat are labeled, neatly organized and stored inside of the studio space. Setting these resources up to use does take time. To provide a fair baseline cost for each retreat duration, we do not include retreat setup. If you would like to arrive to find everything prepared for your retreat, allowing you to dive straight into relaxation, choose this add on service when booking.
- Post-Retreat Cleanup: Our wonder Housekeeper Marie does an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the space. However guests expected to clean-up after themselves and leave the studio space how they found it when they arrived. If you won't have time for this, choose this add on service, ensuring a seamless departure and peace of mind.
- Booking for Lodging Reservations: Extend your retreat experience with an overnight stay at a local AirBnB in partnership with the Rainforest Retreat Oasis.
- Mix & Match: Feel free to choose as many Retreat Sessions and Add-On Services as you believe you can fit into one booking!
- We off a long list of Add-Ons! Be sure to thoroughly read through all the Optional Services so you don’t miss out!
- Occupancy: Maximum number of guests permitted inside the Rainforest Oasis is two.
Important Note: The studio space is located in Downtown Hilo inside the S. Hata Building. It is virtually monitored by security cameras. There are no attendants on site. Guests are expected to perform all self-care activities independently. Minimum age requirement is 18. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or a chaperone approved by a legal guardian. A high school level of reading and comprehension skills is needed to engage in and perform self-care activities.
