Please book no later than 5 days before your event. If we are available, we may be able to accomodate a last minute reservation with a full payment due at booking.
The $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 business days before your event date.
Need to reschedule? No worries! We can honor 1 date change. After that your entire payment will be forfeited and you will need to create a new booking.
However, in the event of cancellation (including bad weather conditions for outdoor venues), if the full balance has been already paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 3 business days before the scheduled event date.
