REGARDING PAYMENT PLANS: Including but not limited to Songcrafting Classes and the Zero to EP program

I hereby authorize the Monterey Song School, and George Woods Productions DBA, to charge my card each billing cycle for the total agreed upon term. I acknowledge that there is an increase in the total price for choosing a payment plan, and I agree to pay the total price in full by the end of the term. In the event that a payment fails for any reason, I authorize Monterey Song School to contact me regarding the settlement of any further debts. Should I prove to be out of compliance with this agreement I acknowledge and authorize Monterey Song School to utilize collection services in order to settle this debt.

REGARDING MONTHLY LESSON SUBSCRIPTIONS:

I hereby authorize the Monterey Song School, and George Woods Productions DBA, to charge my card each billing cycle until I request to terminate services. Termination of services must occur with a minimum of 7 days before the next billing cycle. Should I choose to terminate services midway through a billing cycle I understand that any unused lessons will banked for future use, and not refunded. I understand that if I so choose, I can gift any unused lessons to new clients. Any gifting of lessons must be formally requested via email with booking@georgewoodsmusic.com. Should a payment fail for any reason I authorize Monterey Song School to reach out to me regarding this debt or to discontinue services.
