Once you schedule you are locked in. If you cancel online you WILL NOT receive a refund, you can reschedule any time. All sales are final, no refund. So please understand scheduling a date and time is a commitment. If you miss your appointment you will not receive a refund and will be charged a fee of $50 to $100 (depending on the session booked) to reschedule.
You will Receive an email confirmation with Zoom link and phone info 24/48 hours prior to your session. Please be sure to check your SPAM folders, as confirmation emails very often end up in that folder instead of your inbox.
All sessions are done through Zoom. You will be provided a Zoom link to your meeting and a list of phone numbers you can call if you prefer. Download the app on devices, on computers you can go to zoom.com. Joseph does not record sessions, you are welcome to record on your end.
Sedona is Mountain time, except Arizona does not participate in time changes. Currently we are 3 hours behind Eastern time. 12 noon in Arizona is 3Pm on the East Coast of United States. Japan is 16 hours ahead of Arizona, The U.K. is 7 hours ahead of Arizona and Australia is 18 hours ahead of Arizona time. Please check with your local timing in accordance to Sedona Arizona time.
