1.) All Circles and classes are for entertainment purposes only.

2.) Any decisions made from information received in a reading, class, or circle are made independently from the Jay Institute. The Jay Institute does not accept fault for any decisions made as a result of information received in a class, circle, or reading.

3.) All classes and Circles are non - refundable. Any classes or circles missed will not be refunded or re-scheduled.

4.) Due to ethical and moral standards, No questions will be answered relating to the following fields: Medical/Psychological advisement and/or assessment, Criminal/Civil cases, Financial Decision making, Spying on another person, Committing a crime, or any questions that could harm the safety and well being of any individual.

5.) All classes/circles include student - led readings. There is no guarantee of accuracy in student - led readings.
