The service call charge is a flat fee required to schedule and perform the initial assessment and is due upon appointment confirmation.
Please note that the service call charge is non-refundable, regardless of the assessment's outcome or whether further services are required.
Additional charges may apply for any further services needed beyond the initial assessment. A detailed quote will be provided for additional services after the assessment.
To avoid additional charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
