A Lomi Lomi Treatment including intention setting, massage and integration time. Temple style Lomi Lomi is a luxurious feeling therapeutic healing massage that comes from Hawaii. The massage can be firm or gentle and supports release of physical, emotional and energetic blockages helping restore balance and make space for new things in your being and life. Additionally it will stimulate your circulation, reduce muscular stress and improve the flow of lymph in the body.

Treatment time is 75m.

A grounding massage using hot stones and warm oil to bring deep warmth to your body and supporting the release of your muscles. This massage often integrates Swedish massage, deep tissue and Lomi Lomi techniques depending on your goals and desired intensity.

MLD is a gentle rhythmic massage technique which stimulates the flow of lymphatic fluid and boosts the immune system, reducing swelling, pain and recovery time.

For best results, start with 2 sessions the week before a planned surgery and continue at least 1x per week for the first weeks after the procedure or as indicated by swelling. MLD can also be combined with lymphatic taping for extra support.

A session focused on your cosmetic goals using cosmetic bindweefsel massage, anti-cellulite massage, or cupping.
