WAXING INSTRUCTIONS:
Hair MUST be 1/4 inch long (compare to grain of rice) for waxing. If you have recently shaved, you MUST wait 4-6 weeks for best results. Exfoliation 48-72 hours prior to your reservation will help for those with coarse hair. Please be sure you are booking with a proper FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
For the security of your reservation, we ask that ALL clients pay 50% of their service(s) at the time you book your reservation. Deposit will go towards your service(s) reserved. Pre-booking happens when you schedule your next service at the end of your current reservation at a discounted rate. You are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation to cancel/reschedule. Failure to do so will result in you having to book online and pay full price for your service(s).
PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY:
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! You must cancel no later than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time to have deposit moved to your next desired appointment date. We understand that life happens. Please contact us directly in case of emergency.
We accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Credit/Debit. A Debit/Credit card is required to hold your reservation. NO CASH APP!
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:
We have reserved a time especially for your reservation. For all reservations there is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your reservation will be cancelled, unless there is a time still available. It is required that you cancel/reschedule your reservation at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you fail to cancel/reschedule and result in a NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% SERVICE FEE.
