Welcome to on-line scheduling! Please know appointment availability changes and re-checking the schedule may show other times available. Office hours are usually Tuesday ~ Saturday and closed on Sunday/Monday.

Also... when making an appointment... you must scroll down and click on "Complete Appointment" or it will not save. If you have entered your correct email, you should receive an email confirmation right away. AND... Double check the date and time of your appointment as the time you choose may be for the following week if the current week is already booked.
