Main Studio: 7m wide x 11m deep
Entry: 7m wide x 6m deep

Terms of hire

A minimum two hour booking is required to book the space.

Full amount (100%) required at time of booking.

Any cancellations will forfeit 50% of hire fee.

Cancellations within 7 days notice will forfeit 100% of booking fee.

The studio is principally a yoga studio - there are limited amounts of mats/bolsters/props available for hire at additional cost.

No shoes permitted in studio space.

No consumption of food or drink the studio space. There is a small bar fridge which can be used (ensure you take your items with you when you leave).

Studio to be left neat and tidy and with no items left behind.

All cleaning to be done within hire/booking period.

Any damage caused during hire to the property or equipment will be at hirer's expense. We will arrange the equipment or item to be fixed and cost will be invoiced to and paid by hirer.

Studio access + parking

We will meet you at 7 Church Street Brunswick, 5 minutes before your booking time and will give you a brief tour.

Abide by local parking rules - do not park in front of driveways (including the studio roller door). There is on street parking on Church Street, Stewart St, Stanley Street and Overend St, please check council signs for time limits.

What to do before you leave

Ensure any candles or burners are extinguished before you leave.

All heaters/aircon and lights are turned off.

If roller door is used make sure it is fully closed before you leave using the remote control next to the front door.

Ensure studio is locked up as you leave. Keys can be returned through the letter-slot at the bottom of the door once the door is locked. Please DO NOT place keys in the mailbox.

Make sure you have all your belongings and personal items before the front door is closed, once closed it will lock behind you.
