A Christina Piercing is a vertical piercing that goes through the top of the vulva, where the outer labia meet, and through the pubic mound.

The Fourchette Piercing is placed where the inner labia meet at the bottom of the vaginal opening. In order to even consider this piercing, you must have a pronounced lip of pierceable tissue.

Traditional Frenum placement is through the loose skin on the underside of the penis, slightly back from the frenulum. Placement usually depends roughly with the circumcision scar on circumcised clients, or further back on uncircumcised clients.

The Guiche Piercing is placed along the perineum in the space between the back of the scrotum and the anus.

The Horizontal Clitoral Hood (HCH) Piercing is the horizontal counterpart to a Vertical Hood Piercing. While every genital piercing is anatomy-dependent, the horizontal hood piercing requires a very particular anatomy that can be assessed with a practitioner at the time of the piercing.

Similar to the outer labia, these piercings can be placed on any viable tissue on the Labia Minora. These piercings are traditionally pierced with rings and also require proper anatomy.

Outer Labia piercings can be placed anywhere along the outer lips of the Labia Majora. The outer labia folds are the thicker, hair-covered folds of skin that cover the hood and inner labia. These piercings are typically pierced with captive bead rings and will or will not be suitable depending on anatomy.

The Prince Albert (PA) piercing is done by piercing through the urethra and exiting the underside of the penis where the shaft meets the glands.

A Scrotum/Hafada Piercing can be placed almost anywhere along the loose tissue of the Scrotum. Traditionally, these piercings are placed along or on the sides of the scrotal raphe, or "seam".

A Lorum piercing is a genital piercing that's a variation of the frenum piercing, located low on the scrotum where the base of the shaft meets the skin. The name is a combination of the words "low" and "frenum".

A Vertical Clitoral Hood Piercing (VCH) sits vertically underneath the clitoral hood on top of the clitoris.

Ampallang and Apadravya Piercings are similar in that they both consist of a straight barbell pierced through the head of the penis; however, Ampallang refers to the horizontal piercing, whereas Apadravya refers to the vertical.

Dydoe piercings pass through the ridged (coronal ridge) edge on the head of the penis. They are usually done in pairs and are extremely anatomy-dependent. This piercing is not recommended for uncircumcised clients.

A Reverse PA is essentially an upside down Prince Albert. This means that the piercing enters on the top side of the penis and exits out the urethral opening.

A triangle piercing is placed beneath the clitoral hood and under the clitoris. The piercing is named for the triangular shape of the area and is similar to the HCH (Horizontal Clitoral Hood) piercing, but is pierced underneath the clitoris and below the clitoral hood instead of on top.
