Be mindful to focus this precious time on issues in your practice, questions or concerns about Zen or Buddhism, or aspects of your everyday life or relationships that are a challenge for your practice, Practice discussion is not therapy, counseling, or coaching. It is an exploration and support for your practice path and your journey of awakening. Tea with the current head student is an opportunity to have a rich spiritual connection with a sangha member.
