Sometimes you may wish to discuss your issues over the phone first because you have a few questions about how exactly hypnotherapy works. This is much the same as an in-office consultation but an intake form and suggestibility test are not possible until you book an appointment to come in for a session. Having a consultation for a hypnotherapy session consists of mainly getting to know what it is you are needing help with and explaining a bit about how hypnotherapy works. A confidential intake form is filled out and a suggestibility test will be done as well. Consultations are $20.00 + $1.00 GST=$21.00

If this is your first time doing a ZOOM hypnotherapy session then this is the appointment for you. The first half hour consists of a confidential intake, calibrating computers for audio and video and then an actual hypnotherapy session is done. Cost per session is: $100.00 + $20.00 +$6.00 GST

If you are a returning ZOOM client then you already know how to best calibrate your computer so a consultation isn't really needed. You can go ahead and organize another appointment for us to video call again. Zoom Session $100.00 + $5.00 GST.

Before you attend your first Stop Smoking appointment bring a written list of at least 4 times in your memory of being a smoker that you really wished you'd already quit before but you didn’t and how bad that made you feel each time. And also bring a list of at least 2 or 3 foods or beverages that you absolutely detest the taste of. We find that most clients need at least 3 sessions to help embed those positive suggestions for change so we offer a discount for paying for all 3 at once. ($20.00 off) A $20.00 - 30 minute consultation is included in this 1st of 3 visits as well.
