A deposit is required to secure your appointment at the end of booking. Please make note that a deposit payment request will be sent via Square in a separate email. All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. If something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment, you are responsible for taking care of this adjustment 24 hours prior to your service. You are able to reschedule your service through your appointment confirmation email. If you fail to reschedule and miss your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

All custom color services for wigs and/or installs MUST purchase extensions from the Yoli Opulence Collection. Due to the Integrity and quality of the extensions after every color service, Yoli wants to ensure that the desire color request is achievable and quality matters. Please visit yoliopulence.com to purchase extensions before your service.
Consultation is still REQUIRED for custom unit and custom color.

FIRST TIME BOOKING YOLI FOR A CUSTOM WIG?
Schedule your "New Custom Wig Consultation" at least 2 weeks before your initial install appointment to ensure you have an appointment set for your install. This will allow time for construction before appointment. At scheduling you'll be scheduling two appointments. If you would like to conduct a virtual consultation, please schedule online if that's more accommodating to your schedule. Please note you'll need to drop off extensions at our boutique THE NEXT DAY if you are providing your own extensions. If you are purchasing extensions from our collection, please make sure that this is done before your consultation.

All guest and stylist are required to wear a mask even if wearing a face shield (NO HANDKERCHIEFS OR HAND-MADE MASKS ALLOWED, N95 preferred) covering their nose and mouth while in the salon. Masks are available for $1 to purchase onsite.
You must wait in your car until your stylist calls for you to enter.
Each stylist is allowed one guest at a time in the salon. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
No extra guest or children are allowed.
All guest must wash hands or sanitizer upon entering prior to service.

We will be taking your temperature upon arrival so if you have a fever you’ll be sent home. NO EXCEPTIONS.
