CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an appointment has been made and paid for, we do not offer refunds. We can reschedule your appointment to another time if it is done 24 hours prior to the appointment.
NO SHOWS OR CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD: We understand that things can happen (family emergencies, sudden illness, etc.), so we allow our clients ONE NO SHOW where they can reschedule to another time without penalty.
