Would you like to explore new ways of rest which are recharging for your body, mind and soul?
We will begin with short meditation to help you ground in the present moment. Then we will focus on removing tension from your body and slowing down your mind using Restorative and Yin Yoga poses. It will be selection of accessible, lying down postures, with a support of bolsters, blankets and blocks. We will finish with longer guided relaxation.
