I require a non-refundable deposit to secure your session date + time.
I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid. If you cancel last minute, I most likely would have been able to book someone else during that time period. Nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid.
Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your services.
Remaining balances must be paid via CASH/VENMO/ZELLE immediately following your shoot before we both depart.
IF YOU ARE A FIRST-TIME CLIENT, YOU CAN RESCHEDULE IF LATE AFTER 15 MINUTES. Please plan to arrive at least 10minutes early before the photoshoot.
If the weather is crazy/I am sick/Covid-19, emergency, etc, I will put your deposit towards a re-schedule. However, if you simply are a no call/no show, you will be canceled as a client and pay the remaining balances.
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before your appointment by using your confirmation email.
Rescheduling must be done no later than 48 hours before your appointment by using your confirmation email.
Your session begins promptly at the time you booked, not when you arrive. Please take into account any prep or set up you will need when booking. (Getting ready for your photoshoot, Traffic, Parking, not rushing to the photoshoot.)
**BEFORE BOOKING, Please contact me via text /phone call /Instagram so I can confirm my availability. (Also, so I can book studio time in DTLA if that is needed for the photo session.)
