Please follow the following steps to ensure the best possible experience.

1. Book Introductory call - not required but helpful

2. Book Introductory Session - 2 hours - required - prior to future 60 minute sessions

3. Book Future Sessions or Packages - at your convenience

4. When booking a package - you can book all the sessions in the package at once using the recurring session option. This allows you to reschedule at your convenience. If you book the first session only, future sessions will have to be booked through me.

5. If you do not see times that work for you - please reach out in an email and I will create a time for you.

6. BE PATIENT when pushing Schedule Button - as it may take a few moment to connect.

Square and PayPal Payment options come in your confirmation email.
