We take all clients seriously and we do the best that we can to make sure our experience is a positive one. This will be way more formal than you will find me in person, but its good to get this stuff out of the way.
A deposit is required for all services and are NON-refundable. NO EXEPTIONS will be made. Appointment or design will not begin until deposit is provided.
Please make sure you read all policies and guidelines prior to booking.
-You can change/cancel appointment 48 hrs prior to your appt through the booking site. If you are not able to reschedule due to availability, you may have to forfeit deposit as we may have limited appts.
-You forfeit your deposit if it falls within 48 hr notice and you may be charged full service if you cancel same day.
- If you do not show up to your appt, you will be charged the full service and you will not be able to book again.
-Please reach out to reschedule prior to 48 hrs. I do my best to fit you in, but this is not always possible or might further delay your appt.
Touch up appointments, require a $40 charge, due to the large amount of cancellations and no shows. if you are interested in additional pieces, I would book appointment and mention you have a touch up to avoid $40 payment.
Payment options:
Deposit can be taken through card. Card is saved on file, but will never be charged without consent unless you do not show up to your appt or cancel within 48hrs.
Payments can be made through most options but cash is preferred. There is a 5% processing fee for card.
