You should definitely follow these instructions to reserve The Board Room

  1. Select the DATE of your request
  2. IMPORTANT: Select each 30 minute slot you would like.
    • The following options will appear:
      • SELECT AND CONTINUE: Adds a single 30 minute time slot and proceeds to checkout
      • SELECT AND ADD ANOTHER TIME: Allows you to select additional dates/times before checking out
      • SELECT AND MAKE RECURRING: Creates a recurring appointment based on your selected frequency (NOTE: be sure you select "recurring" for each additional timeslots)
  3. Your times will be listed below the calender.
  4. AFTER ALL TIME SLOTS ARE SELECTED, choose the "Continue" button at the bottom to enter your details and complete your payment.
