Thank you for choosing DBVISUALS! I am thrilled to have been chosen to create imagery for your brand, portfolio, or whether its a creative shoot you'd like to bring to life. Below are some important things to note prior to booking, it ensures that models and all other creatives that will be a part of the shoot knows the expectations prior to booking the shoot.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made prior to the shoot in order to secure your requested date and time. No shoot will be taken without the deposit being paid. There will be no holding of dates or times.
- Please note that none of the packages include studio bookings, in these cases, its up to the client to book the studio or it can be booked on the clients behalf and billed accordingly.
- Tardiness will not be accepted. There is a $1.00 per minute tardiness fee for being late. When your shoot time is scheduled to end, it will still end at that time regardless of what time you arrive, how many images, looks, or poses were taken. If you require more time, you will be invoiced accordingly. This may not always be available if there is another booking following your shoot. I will under no circumstances go into the following clients booking to accommodate for you, or anyone accompanying you in your shoot being late. Please book your time accordingly and express to everyone involved with your shoot the importance of punctuality on shoot day.
- Cancelling or rescheduling a shoot must be done at a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) prior to the shoot date.
- Looks are considered but not limited to each different outfit change, location, change of backdrop, addition/subtraction of participants, hair change, makeup change etc.
- The photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking. Failure to properly prepare will result in no fault of the photographer.
- Typical turnaround time can range from 5-15 days based on shooting season, please book accordingly if you have a deadline date for the final images. Rush orders are available for order, guaranteed 48hr turnaround.
