Join us at the The Vixen Society studio in Dallas for a restorative session that will focus on calming your mind and body. We will begin with a gentle 45 minute gentle yoga session with Courtney Crave, who specializes in yoga for all body types. Followed by an hour long sound bath with Sarah from Holistic Reverie, using crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and a gong. Men and women are both welcome at this session! Ages 18+ only.
