Reiki With Love LLC's outdoor adventure will be at Island Ford, the headquarters for the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area! Expect a slow saunter through the woods with numerous stops for meditation & observation and along the river until we take the high ground to enter the forest. This is our last hike of the year and we'd like to make it extra special by ending our journey with a RWL-inspired meal by the river.
