To effect changes in digestive health, immunity, and overall health, several visits with an Ayurvedic practitioner are necessary. During the first Ayurvedic consult, a detailed history is obtained, a thorough exam is done, and educational materials are distributed. During the second consultation, a discussion of recommendations and implementation strategies occur. We cannot go over everything at once and you cannot change all at once! Fine tuning occurs during the subsequent visits. Changing our lifestyle and habits takes time and effort and we are here to help support you in these transitions.
