A few boring but important notes:

Please remember the 24 hour cancellation policy for session changes.
Lateness happens sometimes! However, to respect the schedules of all my students, I am unable to "make up" for lost time if you arrive late to session as it may bleed into another client's time.
For virtual sessions, please ensure your space is well lit and the camera view encompasses the entire mat for most accurate adjustments and feedback.
All 10 packs must be used within 6 months of start date.
Packages are non-transferrable; only the person who purchases the sessions may use them. Gift cards are available if you'd like to gift sessions to your loved ones.
If you are prenatal/postpartum or are moving with any pain/injuries please shoot me an email at hi@helenphelanstudio.com so I can prepare material for you to have the safest, most effective class.
When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in Helen Phelan Studio LLC live classes or sessions and/or on demand classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Helen Phelan Studio LLC from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Helen Phelan Studio LLC.
