Please read the description on your chosen service carefully. Non-refundable deposits or services paid in full are required depending on the option selected.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund for services cancelled greater than 48 hours in advance. Services cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice will require a 100% retainer fee of paid deposit or service. Paid fees are non-transferable unless appointment is rebooked for the same day at a different time.

Late policy: Appointments will be cancelled for clients 15 minutes late and charged for 50% of the service. If the fee is not paid, the client can not secure a new appointment until the required late fee is paid in full. PLEASE NOTE: the required fee is only transferable for same day of services if availability exists.

No show, no call policy: 100% fee of service is required for all clients that no call, no show. No show, no call clients will not be able to book any service until the required fee is paid in full. Second occurrence no call, no show clients will not be able to book any service moving forward and a 100% fee of service will be charged to the card on file.
