Hey there, thanks for deciding to book an appointment with me! Here are a few things you need to know before booking:
I only offer tattoo services. I currently DO NOT wax, tint, or thread. You do not; however, have to come to your appointment with groomed brows. I will groom them if need be.
Prequalifying Question forms are a MUST. I have to know that my services are safe for you so PLEASE ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS and fill them out honestly.
A $100 deposit is due before you can be penciled in. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Should you need to reschedule in advance, you MUST contact me directly within 24 hours or you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 50% of your remaining balance. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable for cancellations unless you reschedule immediately upon cancelling an appointment. Multiple cancellations/reschedules are not permitted. Last minute cancellations/no call no shows, or multiple reschedules will result in paying a fee and/or current rate of service. Last minute cancellations or no call no shows must pay cancellation fee before being allowed to rebook/receive a service.
Those who have conditions such as keloid skin, diabetes and pace makers, unfortunately cannot be serviced.
Those who are pregnant and breastfeeding cannot receive services until after birth/breastfeeding.
15 minute grace periods are given during full service appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment. 10 minute grace periods are given for touch up appointments.
Clients whom wish to book; yet, have previous ink done by a different artist MUST contact me directly for evaluation BEFORE BOOKING AND PAYING A DEPOSIT. I do not go over old ink that is too dark or misshapen. Should the previous work be suitable for me to work over, a minimum fee of $100 will be added to your total.
Consultations are typically done during your appointment. Should you feel as if I need to see you before scheduling an appointment due to medical reasons, please contact me directly.
If you are booking a brow service and unsure of which technique you want done, that is fine. Simply select an ombré service and we will decide which method is best for your skin type upon arrival to your appointment.
