60 minute class each week, includes a 45 minutes workout (modifications always available) and 15 minutes of chatting. We will talk about wins, goals, and healthy habits to help us find sustainable wellness. Every 4 weeks we will have a new theme to learn together. Join women who are in similar life stages and stay in touch with texts throughout the week to stay on track plus optional take home workout and recipe ideas. This series is 12 weeks with option to join or drop every 4 weeks.
