Covid 19 Precautions:
- All brushes, surfaces, and makeup material will be disinfected prior to all appointments with 99% alcohol.
- Shaunya will wear a mask at all times.
- Shaunya will properly sanitize her hands prior, during, and after all appointments.
- The studio will only be occupied by two clients and two artists at a time. We ask that you do not bring any additional guests to your appointment, unless previously communicated.
- If you are having any symptoms of Covid-19 including, but not limited to— Fever or chills// Cough // Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing // New loss of taste or smell // Sore throat//Congestion or runny nose — please do not book an appointment.
- If you are exhibiting any of the above symptoms, your appointment will immediately be canceled.
DEPOSITS:
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
— Everyday Soft Glam/Ultimate Glam appointments require a 20% deposit.
— Everyday Glam classes require a deposit of $50.
Late Policy:
All clients will have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, if time permits, you may still come to your appointment. A late fee of $20 will be due upon arrival. It is up to Shaunya’s discretion, and schedule, if your appointment is granted after 15 minutes. After the grace period, there will be a fee of $10 charged per 10 minutes.
Cancellation Policy:
We do ask that you give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. You may reschedule your appointment up to one time after the initial cancellation. If your appointment is not rescheduled within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS MAY NOT BE RESCHEDULED AND WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE BALANCE OWED!!
