Your appointment is important to me and I understand that sometimes you will need to reschedule or cancel. My cancellation policy requires you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment which you can amend easily on the system. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full price of the treatment and will not be able to rebook until this is paid.

Bare in mind some of the appointments require a Patch Test 48 hours prior treatment it is your responsibility to arrange this with myself, cancellation fees will apply if failure to do so in time.

All of the appointments require either a £10 deposit, appointments booked without a deposit will be cancelled.

Please do not arrive early or bring anyone else to your appointment.

      Hair consultations are free. ALL hair appointments are only available at my beauty room in Burntwood. Fittings and maintenance appointments cannot be booked online and need to be booked with myself.

    • Hybrid tint (stain) ONLY

      30 minutes @ £25.00

      A longer lasting eyebrow tint which also stains the skin for up to 2 weeks. Hybrid tint is accompanied with highlighter only and doesn't include hair removal.
