A deposit is required to book your appointment. 50% of the service fee will be charged on the day you book your appointment. The deposit will go towards your service fee and the remaining balance is to be paid on the date of your appointment.

Once appointment confirmations are made, the time is reserved strictly for you. We understand that cancellations may sometimes be necessary due to certain occurrences. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with a 48-hour cancellation notice. Please note that cancellations made after the above-mentioned window, will result in a 50% service fee charge. 100% of the service fee will be charged for no shows.
