PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING :

This is important information

All deposits are non-refundable

If you cancel an appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, please give our studio a call, if we are unreachable this way, email us.
If you reschedule with less than the below listed notice, the deposit you left will be forfeited. Please reference below for the appointment notice requirements.
*Boston piercing appointments require a 24 hour notice.
*Noho piercing appointments require 48 hour notice.

Proper ID's are required at the time of your appointment

Government issued photo ID for anyone 18 years or older
For anyone under the age of 18, we require a copy of the minors birth certificate as well as the legal guardian present with their ID (valid license, passport or government issued ID) . If the guardians name is not listed on the birth certificate, please reach out to us as you may need to bring extra documentation.

Be on time

As we are running on an appointment only basis, you must be on time for your appointment - feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes early! If you are late to your appointment, we may not have time to perform the service and your deposit will be forfeited.

Pricing

When booking an appointment, you will pay for the cost of the service as a deposit to secure your time slot.
This payment does NOT include the cost of jewelry. The cost of jewelry varies widely depending upon what you pick out. When you come in for your appointment, one of our Jewelry Specialists will go over all your options with you and help you find the piece that best fits you and your budget!

Gift certificates as payment

If you are looking to pay a deposit with a gift certificate you have received, please email us including the following information:
- Your first and last name
- The gift certificate number
- The gift certificate value
- What piercing service you would like to book for
