Coach Rob Beard played D1 football at the University of Oregon where he redshirted his first season in 2008-2009. From 2009-2013 he was a starting Kicker for the Oregon Ducks and participated in 4 BCS Bowl Games. He ranks in Top 10 for All Time Scoring by an Oregon Ducks kicker.

Coach Rob lives in Tualatin and trains in the Portland, Metro area.

I have been coaching and training for 11 years from the youth level to the high school level. My motto is “small things lead to big things.” I will put an emphasis on what the athlete needs to get better with every session mentally as well as physically.

I have been lucky to coach under many great professional coaches and athletes that I have shaped my coaching philosophies. My goal is to use the vast amount of professional knowledge to build a player technically, physically and mentally to progress and succeed playing the high intensity linebacker position. I am also the Head JV Coach and Defensive Coordinator at West Linn High School.

Anthony is currently PSU top defensive back. A much-decorated career already and has a senior season to play. Has started all 35 games of his career...ranks third all-time in pass breakups at PSU with 31...career includes 165 tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss, 31 pass breakups, nine interceptions, and four fumble recoveries... will be a team leader and a captain for the third straight year.

Ronan Gay is a current Free Safety at Portland State University, a former 2-way All-League TRL athlete at Canby. Ronan has coached for EForce 7v7 and FBU teams for the past 2 years.

Coach James is a former Linfield College Lineman where he played for four years. He currently works as a strength and Conditioning Coach for EForce Performance as well as the Lakeridge High School Assistant Offensive Line Coach

Coach Kraus has been the Varsity Offensive Line Coach (OLC) at Central Catholic High School for the past 7 seasons, winning 3 State Championships (2014, 2019, 2021). Before then he coached at Clackamas High School where he spent 9 of his 19 seasons coaching.

Tyson is currently an offensive lineman at Portland State University. Tyson will be a Senior this fall and has started in a total of 23 games at Center.

Have worked with and been coached by some of the best QB coaches in the game: Alex Brink, Marcus Arroyo, Roger Theder, and Danny Langsdorf. Been developing my craft for years and want to help prepare the new age of quarterbacks.

Played two years at the University of Oregon, extensive knowledge at the quarterback and wide receiver positions. Earned multiple team awards from 2017-2019. Finished college career at Portland State University and currently training for Pro Day.

Mike is currently the offensive coordinator for Lewis & Clark College. Prior to coaching at L&C, Mike coached at San Jose State for 3 seasons. While assisting quarterbacks in 2020, the Spartans won their first conference title in 29 years. Over his three years, San Jose State ranked in the top four in the Mountain West Conference in total offense and passing offense. He played four seasons of football at Lewis & Clark College.

Nate is a current Portland St. QB. Prior to joining the Viks, he played at Orange Coast College and attended O'dea High School in Seattle. Nate has worked and trained under Alex Brink for the last 7 years and has coached quarterbacks with EForce for 2 years.

Alex is former Sheldon HS & Washington St. quarterback. He was drafted by the Houston Texans in '08 and played 7 years professionally in the NFL/CFL. He is 1 of 8 coaches for the Elite 11, the premier Quarterback competition in the country. Alex is the co-owner of EForce Sports and has been training quarterbacks for over 10 years.

Art has been coaching for over 25 years. He has had coaching stops at nationally ranked Servite HS (WRs), Univ. of Utah (QC), East LA College (OC/Qbs), and Compton College (OC/Qbs). He has helped coach over 100 athletes that have earned scholarships including WRs Tetorioa McMillian (Univ. of Arizona), Zedikiah Centers (Cal Poly), Damien Moun (Univ. of Arizona), Jake Overman (Oregon State), Kenny Allen (Lamar Univ.) and many others.

Nate is a Sophomore Wide Receiver at Portland State University. As a freshman in 2021, he was a Jerry Rice Award Finalist and had 50 catches for 616 yards and 4tds. He has a high football IQ and specializes in both outside and slot receiver drills and route running.

Training locations: Portland State football field, Duniway Park, and surrounding Portland Metro areas.

Malik Thirdgill is currently a senior Tight End at Portland State University. He specializes in route running fundamentals and TE/WR-specific drills. Graduated from Central Catholic in 2017, and earned multiple opportunities to continue his football career to the next level. This will be his 2nd year working with EForce Football.
