    • Weight Management Program - Initial Consult and Follow Up

      Normally priced at $336 for the reduced rate of $298. This package contains two (2) appointments: Appointment #1: Evaluation of current health issues, goals, concerns relative to past experiences, initial steps, lab orders. Appointment #2: Review of labs, update on interventions to date and modifications to consider, medication order if need. If medications are ordered, patient must schedule follow up appts.

    • Weight Management Program - First 6 Months

      $168.00 per month for 6 months ($1,008.00 total)

      This is your monthly check-in, lab updates (as needed), and review of medications and other factors.
