As a new patient to the clinic we will need to take a full health history and assess your case so we can design the perfect treatment plan unique to you. This appointment will include your first treatment.

We recommend you book a follow up appointments a week after your initial booking, treatments in the first month are advised weekly and it’s important to get results we see you consistently, after 4 treatments we will review your case.

This is an Acupuncture treatment for existing patients. We will have seen you previously for a new patient Appointment and these sessions are follow ups as part of your treatment plan. At the end of the session we will make your next appointment or alternatively you can book yourself in on our online system.

Sometimes you need that extra time in the treatment couch to relax and unwind this acupuncture Plus session is great if you carry your tension in the neck, shoulders, head or if you have tightness around the jaw. Needles will be place to address your symptoms on a deeper level and extra time to relax after the needles are removed, and the replaced with a weighted blanket which helps you feel deeply grounded, enjoy the relaxing benefits of deeply relaxing acupressure massage.

This appointment is to discuss the GI mapping programme or the DUTCH testing for hormones. During this appointment I will take a case history and discuss your symptoms and advise you on the best test and treatment plan options.
