Part 1 of the series will focus on breaking down the fundamentals of pressing, puppy pressing and hops. We will work through drills to build stability in our handstands and forearm stands, moving through different shapes and sequences to build longer holds. This workshop will also touch on building stability in arm balances, like crow pose transitions to single leg crow, and elephant trunk pose to koundinyasana.
