Underdogs Boxing Club

    • Boxing - All genders - 12yrs and up

      Boxing class using heavy bags and (sometimes) hand pads with Laura. Body weight strength-training may also be worked into the class.

    • Sunday Strength & Stretch - All genders / Adult

    • Mobility Monday - All genders / Adult (in-person)

      45 minutes

      This is a class with stretching and movement work that will maintain and encourage mobility. It is not a yoga class, but there are several stretches that are similar to yoga moves you might know.

    • Weighty Wednesday

      45 minutes

      This is a strength-training class that will be done with body weight exercises, lighter dumbbells and medicine balls, and other equipment.
