• Please follow the prompts in your confirmation email to prepare for your meeting.
• You will call us at your appointment time.
• Contact information will be provided in your confirmation email.
• This call is complimentary and will last 20 minutes.
• Please take a moment fill out our client intake form so we have your basic information.
• Please prepare yourself for your meeting by referring to the services section of our website in order to familiarize yourself with our step-by-step process.
• This call will give you an overview of our services and give us an introduction to your design ideas.
• You will not receive a quote for services after this call.
• We will advise on the next steps for client intake after this call.

60 Minute - Design Consultation Meeting - Zoom or In Person - What to Expect:

• After scheduling a time, you will receive an email with a zoom link.
• In that email, you will also receive a worksheet to fill out in advance of our meeting that requests detailed information about your design ideas, manufacturing, and business goals.
• Your invoice for this meeting will be emailed through Intuit Quickbooks and is required to be paid in advance of our meeting
• This meeting will last 60 minutes, if we feel more is required we can schedule a follow up.
• This meeting is intended for you to communicate detailed information to us about your product ideas.
• You will receive a quote for step one and two services after this call.
• Please send detailed information relevant to your design ideas before our call.
  • If you are in the ideation stage of your product development, please send us: sketches, illustrations, reference images, mood boards, notes, etc.
  • If you have begun the design stage of your product development, please send us: technical drawings, tech packs, or images of current physical design work like cutting patterns, or samples.
