We are now offering all disposable materials and remote pickup to protect our staff and customers from COVID-19. You can feel safe knowing we're taking all the precautions to operate without endangering the health of others. We're offering limited availability and private parties only so be sure to schedule ahead of time! We can't wait to see you in store for a class!
Please Read Guidelines Prior to Booking:
-Candle class bookings are per person unless a quanity of attendees is added to your reservation. The base class is $25 and comes with a 9 ounce candle. You can modify/customize your jar when you arrive for 10$ more if you would like to!
-Please book accordingly for your reservation and those you want to add to your reservation. You can add to your reservation by putting the quantity of desired amount next to the quantity option before you pay. Candle bar seats go up to 6 people per slot.
-Your class slot will be 30 minutes long. Please be mindful to be on time so you can enjoy your full experience without any other slot clashes. There is a 15 minute grace period, if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.
-Must be 16 or older to book the class without supervision. Any children can only take the class if accompanied by a parent at all times due to safety hazards. Parents can only bring children aged 7-15.
-No loitering at the bar anytime before or after your slot for proper distance to others enjoying there class/store capacity. Once your class is complete you must leave the premises unless shopping for items!
-After your class, candles need time to cure and cool. You must pick up your candles at least 2 hours after making it. Shipping options are available for all services.
CANDLE PARTIES
-Candle parties are up to 10 people and you slot will last 1 hr and 30 minutes.
-The store is closed to the public during your session.
-You are allowed to bring your own food and beverages.
-Candle must cure and cool. For parties there is ONLY next day pickup! Shipping options are available.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
-Once booked, candle classes are non refundable. If cancellation is needed, you can reschedule or use as a store credit.
