You will be cozily situated in zero gravity chairs for an intimate 45-minute soundbath tailored to your needs and preferences (more gong? less gong? All the bowls and chimes? You got it!) This is a time for you to regularly receive and relax with the people and energy you choose to be surrounded by. Private sound support is great for a regular nervous system reset and, in small groups, for harmonizing the energy of the group, as well.
